1. General Terms

By accessing and using TechTiang ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products sold on this Website are subject to these terms.

TechTiang reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions (including Headphones, Smartwatches, Projectors, Keyboards/Keycaps, and Speakers) but do not warrant they are error-free. Colors may vary slightly from website images.

All technical specifications are provided by manufacturers and subject to change without notice.

3. Order Processing

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock limitations.

Shipping times are estimates only. International orders may be subject to customs delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Eligibility

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened electronics may only be returned if defective.

4.2 Process

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 14 business days of receiving returned items.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Custom keycaps, final sale items, and products damaged by customer misuse are not eligible.

5. Limited Warranty

Products include manufacturer warranties only. TechTiang acts as reseller and provides no additional warranty coverage.

Warranty claims must be processed through manufacturer channels unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechTiang shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Product malfunctions beyond manufacturer control
• Incorrect product use
• Third-party software compatibility issues

Maximum liability is limited to purchase price of affected product.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, product images, descriptions) is TechTiang property or used with permission.

Unauthorized use, including scraping product data or images, is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Negotiation

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via email ([email protected]) before formal proceedings.

8.2 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of China.

8.3 Arbitration

Claims under $10,000 USD shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Each party bears own costs.

9. Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.

Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining terms remain enforceable.

Assignment: TechTiang may transfer rights under these terms without consent.
