All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

TechTiang currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders:

• Domestic orders: 3-7 business days
• International orders: 7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

• Destination country

All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Customs & Import Taxes

Damaged or Lost Packages

Address Changes

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items that ship from different locations, you may receive separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.
